Chelsea vs
Manchester United (16/05/25)
bet365 Bet Builder – 13/2
Chelsea to win, Palmer score or assist, Mount 1+ SOT
Heading into Friday night’s action, Manchester United and Chelsea no doubt have one foot already in their respective European finals. However, back in the Premier League – compared to years gone by in this monumental fixture – the two gargantuan English sides are playing for very different causes.
For Chelsea, you can’t help but feel they must win their final two league fixtures to get Champions League football, as they trail Manchester City in fifth by two points.
United, on the other hand, are merely plodding over the domestic finish line, as their highest possible finish is 13th. Nevertheless, they have been electric in the Europa League, and showcased more magic last Thursday, spearheaded by Mason Mount.
The former Blues star scored two marvellous goals against Athletic Bilbao. It was arguably his best-ever United performance, and against his old side, he’ll want to take this form back to the Bridge with a vengeance.
Regardless, in the current form and given what is on the line for Chelsea, we can’t see a win for the away side. Furthermore, Cole Palmer got back amongst the goals two weeks ago, and with him on penalty duty, registering 3.5 shots per game, 15 goals and eight assists in the Premier League alone, he might haunt the Red Devils once more.

Wimbledon vs
Notts County (17/05/2025)
Ladbrokes Single – 15/8
Wimbledon to beat Notts County and under 3.5 goals
A place at Wembley is up for grabs for either Wimbledon or Notts County on Saturday, as the former heads into this one with a 1-0 aggregate lead.
The Dons finished just one clear of County in fifth place, registering the best defence in the league with only 35 goals let in across 46 games. To make matters even more impressive, Wimbledon kept a clean sheet in the first leg.
In contrast, the sixth-placed County are now without star striker, Alassana Jatta, following on from his late red card in the first home leg. He scored 19 League Two goals.
Jatta’s absence, Wimbledon’s league-best defensive record, plus their 1-0 lead, all point us towards another Dons win. We’re backing this, plus under 3.5 goals, due to County’s top scorer being out.

Manchester City to win at half time and full time against Crystal Palace
The 144th FA Cup final gets underway at Wembley this weekend, as Manchester City look to salvage something out of what, so far, has been Pep Guardiola’s most underwhelming campaign at the helm.
Crystal Palace will look to further dampen the blues at the Etihad, as they enter their second FA Cup final in the past 10 years. However, we can’t see anything but a City win.
Yes, Palace have been excellent since the turn of the year, but Guardiola’s record at Wembley is incredible. Not only has he won the Champions League here with Barcelona in 2011, but he has since gone on to win at Wembley nine times, including two FA Cups.
All hands are on deck for City for this one to avoid their first trophyless season since Guardiola’s debut campaign in England in 2016/17. With this said, in what could be the final start for the legendary Kevin De Bruyne, we can see him and his men turning up and getting the job done, and quite comfortably.
