BoyleSports Sign Up Bonus

The BoyleSports sign up bonus is simple but a great intro to the platform. You get £35 in free bets simply by making £10 in qualifying bets.

This offer is only available for UK residents (excluding NI) and the free bet money is awarded as £25 in sports bets, and £10 for the online casino. The free bet funds have a 7-day expiry period and the qualifying sports bet wager must have minimum odds of evens.

The bonus has a maximum cashout limit of £100 and 5x wagering requirements on the bonus funds.

Our Favourite Betting Tools and Features at BoyleSports

BoyleSports has a great range of features that make it stand out from other sportsbooks including its bet calculator, mobile app, and safer gambling tools.

Bet Calculator

I used the bet calculator often when I was calculating different football accas. It opens as a pop-up and you can select multiple different bet types to calculate like singles, doubles, accumulators, and Yankees. You then have the option to enter your stake and different selections and it will calculate the return you can make.

Results Database

If you want to find the results of a match, tournament, or horse race, the results feature is incredibly handy. You can change the search dates for the current day, yesterday, or a currency date range. After that, you pick the sport, and subcategories like the league or competition, and the specific matchup. All relevant results for your query are then shown.

Responsible Gambling Tools

I like to take away the temptation with sports betting to spend too much so I regularly use responsible gambling tools and BoyleSports has the perfect selection:

  • Deposit limits (Daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Loss limits (Weekly, monthly)
  • Reality check reminders (30 or 60 minutes)
  • Time out (You specify the time out end date)
  • Self-exclusion (Full self-exclusion or specific to sports betting for 6 months to 5 years)

I always use the deposit limits feature, and I like to set 30-minute reality checks when sports betting or playing online casino games.

Mobile App

I downloaded the mobile app from the Google Play Store for my Samsung Galaxy S23 and it worked smoothly. It’s also available for iOS devices from the App Store and the file size once installed is only 20 MB so storage shouldn’t be an issue.

You essentially get a condensed version of the main website with a mobile-responsive layout. I still found it easy to use and I enjoyed having it open while I was watching live NBA playoff games.

Our Experience & Score of BoyleSports

I rated BoyleSports based on important factors including the welcome bonus, banking, and support. Overall, I scored it an 8.5/10. It excels in particular at betting market coverage, bet types, promotions, and safety.

The welcome bonus could be of higher value, and the payment methods are limited which brings the score down a little. You can see more detailed info for each section below this table.

BoyleSports Markets

I was impressed with the sports coverage from BoyleSports as it caters to all the popular sports. This includes racing, football, dogs, tennis, golf, Gaelic games, cricket, basketball, rugby, darts, badminton, Olympics, table tennis, MMA, motorsports, and snooker, plus many more.

At first, I didn’t realize half of these markets were available as only the most-covered games were shown in the side menu. To see the full list, simply hover over the “A-Z Sports” menu button.

All the major PGA tournaments are covered for golf, plus things like the Memorial Tournament, and Scandinavian Mixed Open. The props bet coverage is brilliant – you can pick an outright winner, or get more detailed with bets on specific finishes, round leaders, and the number of birdies in a round.

BoyleSports Golf

I was blown away by the scope of leagues covered in their football markets. The top competitions are obviously covered including all 3 tiers of European football, plus La Liga, the EPL, Bundesliga, and Serie A. You can delve much deeper than this though and bet on anything from the Czech Republic Division 3, to the Argentina Reserves competitions.

Make sure you watch out for special bets and boosts on global tournaments too such as Euro 2024, and the FIFA World Cup. Props bets range from over/under goals to the next goal scorer and the number of corners in a half.

Horse Racing

You can watch live horse racing at BoyleSports – just look for the small green play icon next to the race name. I enjoyed watching the coverage and it made my bets more interesting. Races from around the world are covered including the UK & Ireland, Australia, USA, France, and New Zealand.

Rugby Union and Rugby League are both covered and I like that you can filter your searches by specific competitions in England, France, or internationally. You can place wagers on Super Rugby Pacific, the United Rugby Championship, Challenge Cup, NRL, and more.

The number of props bets is fewer compared to football and golf but you can still bet on handicaps, total points scored, and the match winner, for example.

At the time of writing this the NBA Finals were just about to start so I put a few cheeky bets on my favourite team, the Dallas Mavericks to win it all! The NBA is covered but you can bet on leagues from around the world including FIBA competitions like the Euro League.

Everything from the Greece A1 to the German BBL is covered. The number of props bets available for most games is staggering. For example, when I placed my NBA Finals bet, the 1st Dallas vs Boston game had 330+ markets alone. These include things like player milestones, the first basket scored, and a heap of bet builders.

BoyleSports Banking Methods

I found the payment options limited at BoyleSports which could be a drawback if you don’t use payment cards or ewallets. The following deposit methods were available for my account:

Deposit OptionFeeTimeMinimum LimitMaximum Limit

While the methods are limited, the flexibility for minimum/maximum deposits is excellent and my payments were always processed instantly. I like the simple deposit screen as it gives prompts if you enter a detail wrong or miss a required field. You can join the bookie and deposit just £5 for most payment methods to get started.

Withdrawal OptionFeeTimeMinimum LimitMaximum Limit
VisaN/A2-3 days£5.00N/A
MastercardN/A2-3 days£5.00N/A
PayPalN/A24 hours£5.00N/A
Bank TransferN/A2-3 days£5.00N/A
Apple PayN/A2-12 hours£5.00N/A
NetellerN/A24 hours£5.00N/A

The withdrawal options are similarly limited and I was disappointed with the slower processing speeds. I tried a Visa and PayPal withdrawal – Visa took around 36 hours, while PayPal was instant. I recommend using ewallets for withdrawals as these are the quickest payment methods.

I asked customer support about maximum withdrawal limits but they couldn’t give me a straight answer which was frustrating.

BoyleSports Support and Contacts

BoyleSports has an extensive range of support methods including:

  • Live chat (you access this by clicking on “Help” in the top right-hand corner).
  • UK & Northern Ireland telephone line – 0800 220 066
  • Ireland telephone line – 1800 220 066
  • International telephone line – +353 42 604 1800
  • Support email:
  • Help centre

This covers every type of support and I like that they cater to UK and international customers. After testing the UK telephone line I found the experience pleasant. You have to choose a few automated options, but I wasn’t on hold for long – the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

The live chat has its pros and cons and it starts with an AI chatbot. For example, I typed “welcome offer” to learn about the new customer bonus.

I got an automated reply which helped somewhat, but I then had to click “No, I still need help”. The AI chabot then asked a few more questions and I eventually got the info I needed. I assume you would get connected to a support rep eventually, but the process was a little frustrating.

Is BoyleSports Legit?

BoyleSports has been around since 1982 with its HQ in Dundalk, Ireland. It has one of the best reputations as a sportsbook in the UK and many of you will have driven past their high street bookies – they have 250+ stores across Ireland and the UK.

For their online casino and sportsbook operations, they have a license from the UKGC that covers UK and Ireland customers and a license from the Gibraltar Gambling Commission that covers international customers. License details are as follows:

  • UKGC: 39469 (Active since 2014).
  • Gibraltar GC: RGL 083 & 084

BoyleSports Address

I checked some of the security features too and the site has end-to-end encryption and a valid SSL certificate. ID verification is also required before you can make withdrawals, and verification is needed to activate your account.

I like that they have a range of responsible gambling tools too including deposit limits (you get prompted to set these during the registration), loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.

Regular Deals and Rewards at BoyleSports

The main thing I love about BoyleSports is the dizzying array of regular deals and rewards the platform offers. There is ALWAYS some type of offer, boost, or reward to benefit from including:

  • Acca rewards
  • Moneyback promos
  • Early payouts
  • Cashback offers
  • Special bets
  • Coupons

I find the promotions & specials section overwhelming and sometimes confusing though which is a drawback. Simply because there is so much information to digest – it can be difficult to find the relevant promos for the sports you want to bet on.

I’m an NBA fan so I often use the early payout promo and rebound offer. The first offer pays up if your team is 17 points ahead at any stage in the game (even if they lose). So this is a great pick when you’ve got a team like the Boston Celtics going against the Detroit Pistons.

BoyleSports Rebound Offer

The rebound offer gives you 25% cashback if you place a minimum £5 bet builder with 2/1 odds on basketball games.

Both of these promo types are available for multiple sports too including football – they aren’t just limited to basketball.

I like browsing the coupons section as this shows all the available coupon bets. It’s split into categories like in-play, outrights, and specials and if you click on a category you get a direct link to the betting options to add to your betslip.

BoyleSports Review Verdict

I enjoyed using BoyleSports – particularly the Android mobile betting app. It’s just a well-made, stylish, easy-to-use sports betting platform. The cons like slower withdrawal times and limited live streaming shouldn’t be too much of an issue and I was willing to overlook them due to the usability, and mind-boggling range of promotions, boosts, and betting markets.
